How about:

   Exclude d:\...\*
   Include d:\test1\...\*
   Include d:\test2\...\*

That kind of thing is not very efficient, though.  Better
to set up a client schedule which simply names those two
directories as you would on a command line invocation.

All this presumes that, if there were prior, full backups
of the drive, that you don't mind all the rest of the
old data expiring.
