The product is sadly lacking in the area of Archive file
management...an area of the product which is ripe for major
(competitive) enhancements.
The best you can do is select Archive files by their descriptions.
Optimally, a user-supplied description will include the date (and time)
when a file was archived. (If a description is not applied, the product
adds a description which is the current system date, but not time
also.)
Beyond that, it's the usual task of having to program something to
perform a Query Archive and operate on specific files.
