Hallo,

I find myself wondering if it is possible to take a backupset of a nodes
data with a given pitdate and pittime. Rather than collating all of the
currently active data, I would like to collate the active data as it
looked for a specific point in time, a-la point-in-time restores of
backups.

Or, in other words, is it possible to separate out/duplicate the files
that would be restored with a point-in-time restore for a node, without
actually performing the restore, and then retaining that set of data for
an arbitrary length of time?

Matt.
