Aha....................the webadmin is still at 5.2.2.0.

I guess I am used to AIX taking care of the various related pieces-parts.
I would never have thought to look in the "noarch" directory (I thought
"no archive" not "non architechtural.......").

strange that is, are you sure that you upgraded the webadmin as well?
what does  "rpm -qa | grep TIV" give you?
