Is the scheduler actually dying?  You get those messages when restarting the
service.

TSM ready for 2K3?  Not quite (open file support not officially supported).

We are currently running 5.1.6 and just started 5.2.2.9 on a couple - both
seem to work ok.

I am having constant problems/failures with the backups on Windows 2003
server.

We are using the latest and greatest clients (5.2.2.10).

The most common errors (from the DSMERROR.LOG file) is stuff like this:

Any suggestions on how to resolve these errors ?

Is TSM just not ready for 2K3 ?

Is anyone else seeing these and how are you handling them ?

What clients are folks running for 2K3 server backups ?
