Hi,

I'm connecting to a Windows 2003 Server with telnet and I'm trying to use TSM
Client 5.2.2.0 command interface.
Every DSMC command I issue generate the following error:

C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\baclient>dsmc q backup
IBM Tivoli Storage Manager
Version: 5.2.2.0
Build date:  Thu Dec 11 13:58:09 2003

dsmc.exe caused exception C0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 001B:00B20300

Register dump:
EAX=FFFFFFFF  EBX=00B20300  ECX=77F45D4A  EDX=00000007  ESI=00000000
EDI=0012E5C4  EBP=00B20358  ESP=0012E16C  EIP=00B20300  FLG=00010202
CS=001B   DS=0023  SS=0023  ES=0023   FS=003B  GS=0000

Crash dump successfully written to file 'C:\Program
Files\Tivoli\TSM\baclient\dsmcrash.dmp'

Stack Trace:

Has anyone already encountered this error?
Do you know if DSMC is usable in a telnet environment?
On the same Windows machine is also installed TDP for Exchange 5.2.1.0 and the
TDPEXCC command interface is normally workinkg.

Thanks,
