On 4.3 I had to implement a workaround using sudo and a check in the
/etc/profile. In 5.x there is better integration and if you use the
latest openssh from developerworks ssh will integrate better:

This is off the tsm topic...Please could someone assist me. I have ssh
setup on our Aix server, but when a user password expires, it does not
prompt the user to change it.....is there a setting I should put in
