Can someone give me some suggestions on how to deal with these errors.

We are having lots of problems backing up 2K3 servers.  Usually get errors
about the WMI file.

Yes, I have the latest, 5.2.2.10 client.  The server is 5.2.1.3.

Is there something special I need to configure if ShadowCopy is enabled ?
