Try a "q cont 758ABP"; I'm guessing it'll come back with "volume

no files", or some such message.

For these, I usually get the tape back onsite, and run an "audit vol"
over them. If that does nothing, I do a "move data", then move them back
to scratch.

Never looked into the real cause.
