Hi Bill,
on the client you can usually close the DOS box that pops up,
if that does not work, use killprocess or any other tool to kill the backup
(domdsmc).

Keep in mind if you do this when a transaction log backup is in progress you
have to restart the Domino Server

I have a schedule that runs a command script that then starts the domdsmc
command to do a full Domino backup. How can I cancel this? If I cancel the
sessions, they just keep restarting. Can I do something on the client node
to stop the domdsmc that is running from the scheduler?
