Zoltan,

This is a known problem.
Go to:
   www.ibm.com
Search for:
   ACO0004E

You will see a KB article about how to resolve this.
In a nutshell, you need to uninstall Data Protection for SQL and
re-install it. If that doesn't resolve it, you may need to uninstall
the base client and re-install it before installing Data Protection
for SQL. Check the KB article (1160496) for details.
