Mehdi,

You need to create the storage group and database with
the exact same names on the target Exchange server first.
After you create the storage group and database
on the target server, you need to set the following
option on the new database on the target machine
using the database: Properties --> "Database" Tab:

    "This database can be overwritten by a restore"

This is done via Exchange System Manager.
Then, perform your restore.
