'query opt' shows 'Maximum Sessions'
'query status' shows 'Maximum Sessions' (number of sessions) and 'Maximum
Scheduled Sessions' (also as number of sessions)
   - the latter is based on the percentage specified in 'set opt 
MaxSchedSessions <pct>'
