I have enabled journaling on a client which has a lot of timeouts and
overruns it's sessions due to a large number of files in the are being
backed. However I could not find documentation on it and wanted to
confirm it's working - am I right in thinking that  once enabled the
next window runs as normal and then after that the journaling benefits
should be seen?

Also has anyone seen any additional load that journaling adds onto a
system where it is enabled?
