Hi Roger,
This message occur when time-out communication between TSM Server and
Client, may be resolved by increasing COMMTimeout option (default 60 sec)
and IDLETimeout option (default 15 min). After increasing parameter and
still got a problem, recomended to upgrade your TSM Server to latest
version.
