It's a known bug.  Sorry I don't remember the apar; the error should be
"file in use", but TSM is reporting it incorrectly.
Fixed in 5.2.0.2 client.

TSM scheduler service is started with local admin permissions.
What should I do ? Is it safe to exclude those directories, or should I
add option "skipntp yes" in dsm.opt ?
