Go to this URL:

     www.ibm.com

In the upper right of the screen,
enter the following near the "Search" entry box:

     +informix +onsmsync +expire +logs +tsm

It will lead you to some knowledge base entries that
might help you. There is one called:
     "Managing Informix logs that are saved on the TSM Server"
