First of all, you'll need to use the -k parameter to specify which TSM 
servers you want to use.

Second of all, it's preferred to use the loadformat statement instead of 
the format statement, when preparing the TSM database for a load.

And, as Goran pointed out, you'll need to enter your logfilenames as well.
