One option is to do a q content for each DISK volume.

i.e. q content VVVVVVV copied=no

This will list files that have not made it to offsite storage pools.

I have a unix script that loops through mine every morning to make sure
everything gets copied. When it is complete the script exits and then the
rest of the copy process continues.
