In any session between two systems, if the log of one does not indicate why the
session was terminated, it is necessary to look in the session log of the other.
If neither has a clear indication, there may be TCP/IP evidence of a network
event which caused disconnection.

In a restoral, it may be that the client ran out of space and failed, or that
someone at the client end cancelled the operation.
