Nope. The web team is separate from Tivoli or DB2 or Rational (their site
follows the tivoli.com tragedy). Last year I've spent some time to explain
why a URL specified in an IBM Announcement Letter (one of the most
authoritative documents in IBM) cannot be "missing" from the site - only
update of the Letter is the allowed method to achieve this (according to
IBM's *own* procedures).
IMnsHO the web site design/ergonomics are one step-forward, two-steps
backward. The whole idea of
the-info-is-somewhere-there-use-the-search-engine might seem good in paper
but its implementation is worse than bad.

A detailed description of the Tivoli Storage Manager Active Directory
schema extensions is available from the Tivoli Storage Manager Web site at
http://www.tivoli.com/support/storage_mgr/adwserv.htm.

I tried to follow this link. But keeping in line with IBM's new web design
scema, the
link doesn't work, and a search for adwserv.htm turned up empty.
Does anyone know if this document is available? And If you included links
in
current
documentation, wouldn't you try to keep those links active for a
reasonable
length of
time?
