For a given archive package/description, the directories are not archived
a second time, so that is why you see a difference between "inspected" and
"archived" the second time around.

I'm not certain why it would be important for the "inspected" and
"archived" numbers to match up, but if you specify a unique description
for each archive, then the directories will be archived as well, so your
numbers should match up. See the DESCRIPTION option in the client manual
for further info on this setting.

Hi,

I have a Sun client that is achived twice every day, in the first archive
process the Total number of objects inspected is the same of the Total
number of objects archived, in the second archive process both values are
diferents. There is some way to force the process so that both values are
always equal?

Total number of objects inspected: 11,991
Total number of objects archived: 11,991
Total number of objects updated: 0
Total number of objects rebound: 0
Total number of objects deleted: 0
Total number of objects expired: 0
Total number of objects failed: 0
Total number of bytes transferred: 8.80 GB
