This is a parameter in the 5.2 client for the open file support. It can be
used as a stand-alone parameter in the DSM.OPT file, or as a parameter to
the INCLUDE.FS statement.

I think you mean "include.image ...".
Given that the location specifies where the Old Blocks File is to be
created,
which TSM is to subsequently use for the image backup, it seems
contradictory to
attempt to exclude it.
