Did you choose "Custom" during installation - and added the "Administrative 
Client Command Line Files"?? If not, that might be the reason ;o) - else try 
reinstalling the client.

How can I run de console mode on TSM 5.1.5.  ?
I installed the the TSM Client on my desktop (running XP)  but I could
find any file called dsmadmc.exe
