3590 to LTO / AIX to Linux

I would appreciate any tips or suggestions of white papers, redbooks etc.
about moving from a 3494 library with 3590 tape heads to an ADIC LTO
library.   We will not have a 3590 tape drive in house.
We also plan to move the TSM server from an RS/6000 AIX platform to an Intel
Linux platform.   We are running TSM server 5.1.1.0.  Most of our clients
are AIX and HP-UX  running Oracle databases and SAP applications.  We
currently use TDP for R/3.
