The 3494 has categories asigned to scratch&private tapes in use by TSM.
These categories are defined using the define library command, 400 is the
default for private tapes. I guess this means the library has tapes in it
that are not checked into TSM, do a checkin libvol to check m in into TSM,
or eject m from the library.... (or just ignore)
