Check out the NT permissions on the drive itself. I ran into a similar
instance when someone was trying to lock down the server and removed
'SYSTEM' from the drive permissions. Either add system back or run the
TSM client as someone who has rights to the drive.

I am getting failures like this on two of my servers. I am at a loss to
