Can you be more specific what you are asking?

How many TSM server?
How many client servers?
What OS will the TSM server be on?
How much data are being back up per night?
Is all the client servers reside locally?

These are a few simple questions you need to ask before deploying your
environment.

How many years have you work for IBM? You many need to refer to you training
manual again. There are lots of good info in there.
