i did it.
this is exactly what i did:

1. I set up windows server, exchange server with creating a new site
(exactly the same what i have in a production), install the same service
pack
2. install tdp for exchange
3. recover information store
4. start exchange services
5. run dsis
6. check out receipients and run exmerge to restore individual mailboxes -
but only in recipients container--- and here's a problem cause i have to
restore mailboxes of users from another container.

Try restoring the entire IS and then running the
DS/IS consistency checker.
