When I went through this same process a few years ago I just created a new
copy pool and used that from then on.  I changed  'access=unavailable' on
the old copypool and let the reclaimation take care of emptying the old
copy pool.  If you have the time, you could always move the data from the
old to the new and then start using the new for the copy of the primary's.
I seem to remember that I didn't move data from the old after I started
using the new, because I was afraid the date on the old files could cause a
problem if moved into the new copypool at that time.  It was probably not a
problem, but I had the luxury of letting the old offsite just reclaim
itself empty.  But maybe someone else on the list may have a better way.
