One way to do this is to use TSM with Windows 2000 (you will have to
"verify" the Windows compatibility of the NetApp you will choose).
You don't need TDP NDMP.
There has been some threads about this subject (by example, the fact that
TDP NDMP backups only filers and not files, the fineness of TSM is lost,
...).
We use such a configuration for small customers (up to about 400 Go and with
a 1 drive LTO or SDLT).
You will have also to think about your RAID strategy and backup policy to
avoid redundancy of duplicated datas.
On adsm.org, try a search like : NDMP +netapp
