I've done this a few weeks ago. 
Quite easy. Download the ODBC code, read the README.TXT, install, setup
the ODBC connection and go.

Could someone please point me where to RTFM to set up ODBC to read from TSM
4.2 into Excel or Access (I want to work with it on my desktop, rather than
on the TSM server).
