I have a DB volume offline and apparently it has errors on it that prevent
it from being brought back online: PADSM.DB.PRIM6. I have defined another
volume: PADSM.DB.PRIM6A to take it's place. I'm not allowed to delete the
offline volume until Sunday, but I was hoping to add the new volume today.
When I went to create a copy it only wanted to allow me to add a copy of
PADSM.DB.PRIM6 and PADSM.DB.COPY6 was never an option. If I were to create
a db copy of PADSM.DB.PRIM6A of PADSM.DB.PRIM6, would this cause problems?

Does anyone know what will occur when I go to delete PADSM.DB.PRIM6 since
it is the (COPY 1)?

Thanks for any advice!
