IBM/TSM web site errors

As far as I can tell, the "new" IBM TSM web site is completely non
functional.

I can't click the DOWNLOADS or APARS link without getting an error.

I can't get far enough to log in.

Is anybody else having this problem?

And does anybody know who we should call to report the web site down?
