access to the object is denied error on netware backups .

Hi all,
I am getting following errors when TSM tries to backup one of the netware
servers . The TSM admin for this particular TSM server is on vacation and
I have limited knowledge of netware.
I noticed some of the filenames are long like :
DATA1:/llps/Data/Bus Devmnt/One Lend
Lease/Project Lend Lease_Commercial & Heritage/Cost
Planning_Estimating_Files/SUPERSEDED FOLDERS/00 PRE
Hickson Rd Acquisition 01 09/08 Summaries_Cost
Comparison/00 HICKSON ROAD Pre DA 01 12/D04
Benchmarking
& Analysis/Pre Site Acquire/BT Typ Floor.xls
Are there any limitation on character's in file names (max characters
filename can have ) in TSM/Netware ?
