Well, consider that it's just another way for customers to acquire
documentation. The $ disincentive to cut down trees sounds good to me!
I wish I could do likewise for all the runaway printing that's going on
at my site.
I guess you haven't dealt with other vendors, like Xerox, who provides
NO online manuals, and makes customers pay extra for everything.
