Hi all TSM Gurus.
Tivoli have done anything about it after Veritas has buying Kernal Group.
In Sweden/Norway have we done some installation together with Tivoli System
and more enterprise companys (World wide companys) looking at the program
we are useing.
The program we are use is from a small company who is base in UK. Thay also
have a local office in Germany and Sweden (Where I work).
The name on the program is PC-BaX but we have rename it to CBMR (Cristie
Bare Metal Restore) and that is the only program who can run a full Bare
Metal Restore on a Citrix/Exchange/SQL and et c. without any
Repear/recovery mode. Accept Ghost. But Ghost don´t have support for RAID
systems that CBMR have. Even Kernal Group has problem with this kind of
system.
So if you searching for a BMR just get it a try and download it from www.
cristie.com.

PS : You are backing up directly to the TSM Server via the APIs if you want
to or you can backing up to a file share somewhere on the network.
