Specific error messages always help us to help you.
You did not say if you had boosted or unlimited your Unix Resource Limits
in undertaking the AIX-based restoral.  You must ALWAYS be mindful of
those limits when invoking resource-intensive commands or starting
daemons.  You should probably review your /etc/security/limits
definitions to see if they are appropriate for your system: default
limit values are typically inadequate for "system" work.
