SUN Client 4.2.1.0 question

Hi all tSM'ers,
I have a SUN box that opens a a TCP/IP connection every 10 Mins all day every
day, the dsm.sys file is ok.
Unfortunatly I haven't got access to the server, but could it be that a wrong
package is installed, such as HSM?
TSM server version 4.2.1.2 on AIX 4.3.3 ML10
The actlog contains the following,
