We have a situation where the management class on many of our servers and in
all our domains is showing up as "DEFAULT" in the BACKUPS table and during
expireration it says it is using the "DEFAULT"; however, none of the rules
associated with the assignment of the default policy domain backup retention
are true.

Unfortunately, we think that some of our data may be getting expired that
should not.

Does anyone know if there is a client bug that is causing this?

We are seeing it on AIX, Solaris, and Windows. We have valid copy groups
for our default management classes.

TSM Server 4.2.2.12
TSM Clients: 4.2.1, 4.2.2, and 4.2.3 at various patch levels
