Still not correct. You can run concurrent reclamations on multiple storage
pools, and you can also run concurrent reclamations within each storage pool
(given enough tape drives). There can sometimes be contention, in that two
different processes need the same tape. If this is so, the second
reclamation process will wait until the first process is through with the
tape volume.
