Michelle,

If both of the TSM client are the same version and on the same
operating system, Unix.

You can use the -virtualnodename parameter.

On client B, where you want to do the restore.
You can issue the following:
dsmc> restore -virtualnodename=<Client A node name> <source
filespace> <target file space>

You will be prompted for the password.
Enter the password for Client A, then the TSM server will send
the file(s).
