Ditto.  What can we screw up next seems to be the primary objective today.
This holds true for informix support, techinfo center, personal gold yes
gold website, Tivoli (couldn't be any worse).  For all the money we pay out
I'm trying to figure out where the return is.  Maybe I'm just getting old
and confused about what service means and what QA is.  I'll repeat what
some of my constinguents stated last week, what the ???? is going on.

Than again I think maybe its my age and I expect too much.  Maybe my
employers will drop their expectations of the quality of work I turn out
and blame it on an aged confused employee.  If I thought crying would help
I would do it so I laugh instead and I'm laughing alot lately.
