There are open apars relating to this message
The message is telling you that the schedule start-up window has closed before
the client
could be contacted.
PROBLEM SUMMARY:

* USERS AFFECTED: All TSM users that are using server          *
*                 prompted scheduling and have client          *
*                 machines turned off.                         *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Clients can miss their schedule         *
*                      because the server is still attempting  *
*                      to prompt nodes that are no longer in   *
*                      their start-up window.                  *
****************************************************************
LOCAL FIX:
Remove nodes from the schedule that will be known to be
powered down or off the network at the time of the scheduled
backup. Alternately, create a schedule that won't attempt to
backup nodes on days they will be powered down or
otherwise not connected to the network until a fix is available

Here is the entire text:
ANR2567W Schedule prompter skipped contact attempt with WRBDC400 to
start a scheduled operation.

This is causing some backups to be missed.
Looking for help isolating cause!
