There is not a one-to-one correspondence between a TDP agent and a
management class. The data backed up with TDP for SQL 2.x follows whatever
retention rules are created for the management class the data is backed up
with; if you're dealing with nothing but default settings, the TDP for SQL
backup uses the retention rules for the default management class for the
policy domain that the nodename belongs to. (The TPD for SQL 1.x application
uses an autodelete function within the batch file that runs the backup; it
ignores any TSM-based management class retention rules.)

Remember that TDP for Oracle is really nothing more than a conduit used by
Oracle's RMAN functionality to pipe data to a TSM server. It is unlike other
TDP agents in that regard.
