There is no way around this one.  You MUST have 3.7.4 or higher
in order to use TDP for SQL 2.2 or later. There is a function of
the server that MUST be there in order for backups to work.
That function was added in TSM Server version 3.7.4.

You may want to take a look at the new OS/400 PASE version
of the TSM Server.  Contact your Tivoli representative.

TDP for SQL 1.1 supported SQL 6.5 and SQL 7, not SQL 2000.
Also, TDP for SQL 1.1. is no longer supported.
