You can upgrade your clients at any time free of charge.  Upgrading the
server requires authorization from Tivoli/IBM.  There is a one year
upgrade protection that comes with the product when it was purchased.
If it is outside of the 1st year then contact your IBM or Business
Partner to discuss an upgrade.

Excuse me if this has been asked before.

I currently have a mixture of 3.7 and 4.2 clients,
supported by an AIX 4.2 server. I'd like to upgrade to
5.1. Can I upgrade all of my clients and server to 5.1
without additional charges? The 4.2 clients and server
are currently on support. The 3.7 clients are no
longer supported, so I'm not certain what challenge
that adds. Also I believe the Tivoli pricing model and
modules have changed, so I'm not certain how that maps
against what modules I have now (like DRM for
example). I'm hoping some of the Tivoli partners out
there can answer this question.
