•     If your Tivoli products were purchased Via PPA
•     Ensure our Site Technical Contact (STC) list you as an authorized
user before you register
–     This will allow you to submit PMRs
•     Know your IBM Customers Number (ICN) before your register
•     Fill in all information pertaining to you, Contact information,
e-mail address, etc
•     Do not use your Tivoli id and pswd when registering using your ICN
number
•     Ensure your site support contract is up-to-date
–     If not,  you will be allow to register on IBM.com if you know your
ICN to view and search the site but not to submit problems.
•     Go to IBM.com and register at
http://www-120.ibm.com/software/support/ecare/login?action=register

•     Go to http://www-3.ibm.com/software/passportadvantage/ for assistance
with your PPA contract information
•     If you have any problems
–     Take the site tours, they are very helpful
•     http://www-3.ibm.com/software/support/whatsnew.html#tours
–     Submit the problem you encountered
•     http://www-120.ibm.com/software/feedback.jsp?topic=esr

•     If your products were purchased via Tivoli or Non-PPA Products
•     Check your Tivoli ID and PSWD are up-to-date
–     If not sure,  register at
http://www.tivoli.com/support/maintenance.html
•     Ensure your Support Contract is up-to-date
–     To determine that you can contact your sales representative or
business partner
–     To determine who your  IBM sales representative is go to
https://www6.software.ibm.com/reg/tivrep/tivrep-r
•     Go to IBM.com and register at
http://www-120.ibm.com/software/support/ecare/login?action=register
•     Complete Step 1
–     Use your Tivoli id and PSWD for your new IBM id if possible
–     Fill in all necessary fields
•     Complete Step 2
–     In step 2 DO NOT enter your Tivoli customer number where it states
ICN number
•     That is only for IBM Customer Number ONLY Tivoli contract numbers do
not work in that field
–     In Step 2 place your Tivoli ID and PSWD in the field provided for you
•     If your New IBM.com ID is different than your current Tivoli ID
–     Your Tivoli id will only be used when submitting PMRs via the ESR
tool on IBM.com
–     Your New IBM ID will only be used when logging on the IBM.com site
for entitled content
•     If you have any problems
