Hi guys and girls,

on of my customers encounters an error on his 3583 library:

10/25/2002 11:56:18   ANR8478W Invalid home slot address in inventory for
                       library LB6.0.0.3;  volume = BHS001L1;slot = 4133.
10/25/2002 11:56:18   ANR9999D mmsscsi.c(6834): ThreadId<33> Unable to
build
                       active slot records for library LB6.0.0.3.

using TSM 5.1 on Windows. He was running an Audit Library (audit libr
LB6.0.0.3 checklabel=yes) which actually produced the above error and fails
to complete. Even when removing the mentioned tape from the library the
still error occurs.
He also sent me an extract from the error entries via RMU that read like:

10/22/02 20:41:12 C=0 I=0 - ST C_ehinit_EH_Initialized  [0000]
10/22/02 19:00:13 C=0 I=0 - HP C_msmain_servo_off       [0004]
10/22/02 18:21:10 C=0 I=0 - ST C_ehinit_EH_Initialized  [0000]
10/22/02 17:51:33 C=0 I=0 - ST C_ehinit_EH_Initialized  [0000]
10/22/02 17:02:27 C=0 I=0 - ST C_wfscsst_ca_notify_failed    [0001]

.
goes on like this for several times per day

Did anyone see this kind of behaviour before? Any ideas what to do, since
the "Audit Library" fails??
