Space Reclamation Failing

Hi All,
Running TSM V5.1.0 on Windows 2000 server SP2. Started running Space 
Reclamation process on the Tape Volumes. The process runs for a while moves 
some data and then just stops. Tried to cancel process, it remains pending but 
doesn't stop.

What could be possibly wrong ??

Any help is greatly appreciated.
